Post Midterm Assessments

As soon as you return from Spring Break and we have a look at your sketchbooks in class (Monday March 24th)  I will send out an assessment of your midterm grades.


This is what your midterm grade will be evaluated on:
1. Client Logo board and all work ups
2. Client Stationery Designs and Board and all work ups
3. Individually created Sketch/Design book
4. MLK Commemorative Poster 
5. Blog participation
6. Class and critique participation
7. Absences/tardiness


The midterm grades are actually broad assessments of what you've been doing in the classroom with your client projects, blogs, class attendance, class participation and such.

In the next few weeks you'll have more projects so anyone who might have a lower grade average than expected you will have time to improve that grade.  Everything you do in this class is "in play" until the final critique. That means you can always improve on your work as the semester progresses.

The projects that are left for the semester are three various print advertisements for you client, a 2014 Earth Day Poster and a specialty piece for your client.
